Eligibility:
1. The renter must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driving license for a two-wheeler vehicle. b. The renter must provide a valid identification document (such as a passport or government-issued ID) at the time of rental.

Booking and Payment:
1. Reservations can be made in advance through our website, over the phone, or in person at our rental office.
2. A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment, which may vary depending on the duration of the rental.
3. Full payment must be made at the time of picking up the rented bike.

Security Deposit:
1. A security deposit, in the form of cash or pre-authorization on a credit card, is required before renting a bike. The amount will be determined based on the type of bike rented.
2. The security deposit will be refunded upon returning the bike in its original condition, without any damages or outstanding dues.

Rental Duration:
1. The rental duration starts and ends at the specified times agreed upon during the booking process.
2. Late returns may be subject to additional charges or penalties.

Bike Usage:
1. The rented bike should be used only for personal use and within the boundaries of Uttarakhand, unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. The bike should not be used for racing, towing, off-roading, or any other activities that may result in excessive wear and tear or damage to the vehicle.

Maintenance and Care:
1. The renter is responsible for maintaining the bike in good condition during the rental period.
2. Any damages caused by negligence, accidents, or misuse of the bike will be the responsibility of the renter.
3. The renter should inform Jaishree Adventure immediately in case of any mechanical issues or accidents involving the bike.

Insurance
1. The rental fee includes basic third-party insurance coverage.
2. The renter is responsible for any damages to the bike or third-party property beyond the coverage limits of the insurance.
3. Personal accident insurance is not provided by Jaishree Adventure. It is recommended that the renter obtains personal travel insurance to cover any personal injuries or liabilities.

Traffic Violations and Penalties:
1. The renter is responsible for any traffic violations, parking fines, or other penalties incurred during the rental period.
2. Jaishree Adventure reserves the right to charge the renter for any fines or penalties received on the bike during the rental period.

Cancellation and Refunds:
1. Cancellation requests should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time for a full refund.
2. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental start time or for no-shows.

Limitation of Liability:
1. Jaishree Adventure shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the rental or use of the bike.
2. The renter agrees to indemnify Jaishree Adventure against any claims, expenses, or liabilities arising from the rental or use of the bike.
